ZUWAX Asset Management GmbH is the regulated investment firm behind the ZUWAX brand. It offers investment brokerage, investment advice, contract brokerage and financial portfolio management under the supervision of BaFin and Deutsche Bundesbank.

Christian Schneider-Sickert
Founder and CEO
Christian Schneider-Sickert is our founder and CEO. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and media. The idea for ZUWAX is based on his own experience as an entrepreneur and decision-maker with little time for his own finances. Before ZUWAX he worked, among others, at Bertelsmann, Fremantle Media and Goldman Sachs and led two start-ups to success. He holds a master’s degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Fatima Hussain
Head of Legal
Fatima Hussain, LL.M., brings as Head of Legal at ZUWAX her rich experience from leading companies such as Trade Republic, Tesla, Audi and renowned law firms such as Freshfields. She actively champions female empowerment – including through publications and lectures. For her commitment she was recognised as one of “Germany’s Top 40 under 40” (Capital) and one of “25 Zukunftsmacherinnen” (Business Insider).
Sven Möllmeier
Managing Director
Sven Möllmeier is responsible for all operational aspects of our business. As Managing Director of ZUWAX Asset Management he steers our operations and engineering teams. Before joining ZUWAX he worked at Deutsche Bank, Axcit and BearingPoint. He holds an M.Sc. from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Hanna Salize
VP People & Organisational Development
Hanna Salize is responsible at ZUWAX for building and further developing people, talent and organisational structures. She combines deep corporate know-how from her many years at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley with extensive start-up, scale-up and transformation experience from companies such as Aquila Capital, lemon.markets and Etribes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Goethe-Universität Frankfurt and additionally studied law as well as at UCLA in Los Angeles.
Jurek Herwig
VP Engineering
Jurek Herwig is our CTO and VP Engineering. He leads the Tech and Data areas and brings more than ten years of experience in building and leading technology teams in banking and fintech. Before joining us he worked, among other places, at Accenture and Commerzbank and successfully founded two companies of his own. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Mannheim and combines deep technological expertise with an entrepreneurial approach and a pronounced understanding of the challenges of modern financial solutions.

Chairman, LGT Foundation
S.D. Prinz Max von und zu Liechtenstein is President of the Board of Trustees of the LGT Foundation. He is the founder of Lightrock, a venture-capital fund with assets under management of more than three billion euros. Von und zu Liechtenstein laid the foundations of his career in the private-equity industry. Until the end of 2020 he was CEO of the LGT Group. Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously studied business administration at the European Business School.
Dr. Florian Heinemann
Founding Partner, Project A
Dr. Florian Heinemann is co-founder and Managing Director of the Berlin venture capital fund Project A. As one of Germany’s most experienced start-up investors, Dr. Heinemann sits on the supervisory boards of various companies. Before his time at Project A, he was a member of the management at Rocket Internet. Dr. Heinemann holds an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and earned a doctorate in innovation management at RWTH Aachen.
George Koulouris
Partner, Toscafund
George Koulouris is a Partner at Toscafund Asset Management and Co-Head of the Tosca Private Growth Fund, which specialises in forward-looking financial companies. Previously he was Managing Director at AnaCap, Deputy CEO of Marfin Investment Group and worked at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS. Koulouris holds an MBA from INSEAD and First Class Honors in Business Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
Olivier de Perregaux
CEO, LGT Private Banking
Olivier de Perregaux is CEO of LGT Private Banking and has been with the LGT Group since 1999. He previously served as CFO and a member of the Senior Management Board of the LGT Group. The Swiss national also spent several years at Zurich Financial Services and McKinsey & Company. De Perregaux completed his business administration studies at the University of St. Gallen with a lic. oec. degree.
Hendrik von Engelmann
Managing Partner, HQ Trust
Hendrik von Engelmann has been Managing Partner at HQ Trust since 2016. Previously he was Generalbevollmächtigter at Deutsches Oppenheim Family Office, the combination of the two oldest family-office service providers on the German market: Oppenheim Vermögenstreuhand and Wilhelm von Finck Deutsche Family Office.
