As an official B Corp, we are part of a global community of companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and responsible conduct. We thus belong to those companies that lead a global movement for an inclusive, fair and regenerative economy.
We have signed the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and firmly embedded ESG criteria in our corporate culture. Our investment solutions are also aligned with them.
The B Corp certification process: comprehensive and demanding
18 months put to the test
Corporate governance, employee rights, the company’s impact on the environment, society and clients – all of this is put to the test. The process lasted more than 18 months and involved various teams and departments at ZUWAX. In the course of it we learned even more about our processes, our levers and our opportunities.
96 points achieved – something we can be proud of
To obtain B-Corp certification, a company must achieve an overall B-Impact-Assessment score of 80. This ensures that the company can demonstrate a holistically high social and environmental performance.

Top rating in the clients category
We are very pleased that we already scored particularly well in the clients category. It reinforces the path we are taking, including with our sustainable wealth solutions – where we achieved the maximum score. The ZUWAX Global Future strategy has been optimised. It likewise benefits from LGT’s strategic asset allocation and is even more diversified.
Only a satisfied team can deliver peak performance
We achieved the second-highest score in the employees category. More than 40 questions were asked here on topics such as safety, health, well-being, career development, as well as engagement and satisfaction. With this very strong result, we are pleased that not only our clients may expect outstanding performance from ZUWAX, but also our own team.
Responsibility as a driving force
Being a B Corp does not mean putting a trophy in the display case and patting ourselves on the back. On the contrary! For us, the certification is a practical and transparent guide to continuous improvement.

Outlook 2026
On 18 February 2026, the next assessment and verification process by B Lab Deutschland is scheduled. We are already working every day so that we can then once again say with pride: yes, we are a B Corp – and we create added value with added value.
